a. To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in our agreement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable.
b. If a cancellation is made within a certain timeframe before the event, additional fees may apply.
c. No refunds will be provided for services rendered or deposits made.
6. Changes and Modifications
Emporium Designz reserves the right to make changes, modifications, or substitutions to the event plan as necessary, with your approval, to ensure the successful execution of the event.
7. Limitation of Liability
a. Emporium Designz is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or other consequences arising from the use of our services or the conduct of the event.
b. In no event shall Emporium Designz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Emporium Designz and its employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
